What to include
- Your device model and iOS version
- The TeleCue version, shown in Settings
- What you did and what happened instead
- A screenshot or screen recording, if you have one
- For purchase problems, the Apple receipt or order number
Common questions
The recording has no sound
TeleCue needs microphone access. Open Settings → TeleCue and turn on Microphone, then record a short test clip.
The camera preview is black
Camera access is switched off. Open Settings → TeleCue and turn on Camera. If it is already on, close TeleCue completely and open it again.
The captions came out wrong
Automatic transcription depends on the audio. Record somewhere quieter, keep the microphone clear, and run captions again. If a word is consistently wrong, send us the clip and we will look at it.
I cannot save a video to Photos
TeleCue needs permission to add to your photo library. Open Settings → TeleCue → Photos and allow it to add photos.
How do I restore my subscription?
Open TeleCue → Settings → Restore purchases while signed in with the Apple ID that bought it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → TeleCue → Cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period you already paid for runs to its end.
How do I delete my data?
Scripts and recordings are stored on your device, so deleting the app removes them. To have anything held on our side deleted, email us from the address you wrote from and we will confirm once it is done.
A script or a recording disappeared
Check whether the device ran low on storage or the app was offloaded by the system. Email us the title and roughly when you last saw it and we will help you work out what happened.
